i guess Oban diagramm is a logic diagram not a physcical 3d stacking layout.

But it says in the diagram, Base Substrate and Si Substrate. Only SI has that kind of diagram. I never saw a 3D stacking with that kind of diagram. Can you show me a 3D stacking with that kind of diagram?

what is your point? insider is wrong when say xbox next will be w2w stacking?

In my understanding this diagramm perpesents modules which will be stacked in Oban and it is just illustrative from logic presentation, not tech presentation.

Stacking is one thing, it may include SI interposer. 3D stacking is another thing.
