Oh, so that's why they are putting four cores in the Tegra! To be able to emulate a x86!
The requirements are minimal, it's all 2D and low res, so if emulating is possible, then indeed "someone" should try.

H3 is not free, but I think H2 source code is available. There is also an effort to rewrite the whole H3 engine and to build on the Wake of Gods fan expansion, allowing additions to the game. Started 3 years ago, but still going:
