IBM was the first to show off 14nm wafers at Common Platform last week, and they are pretty. If you haven’t been following the tech lately, this is the first non-Intel FinFET to be publicly shown off. No specs were given, nor was the chip itself identified, but it is almost assuredly a test part. Enjoy.S|A
